Navigating Through Our QA Process
To always ensure the best standards, Hatco uses definite processes aimed at minimizing the extent of error to ensure that every stage has its definite consistency. From procurement to delivery, the following are observed:
- The products that reach our clients must meet their specific specifications and the quality required by them.
- Each product will be checked in detail before packing them in a way that ensures no damage is done to them while transporting.
- The delivery service offered by us will be prompt and efficient, and hence our customers can rely on us.
ISO certifications are not something that we display on our walls; they have been integrated into every procedure of ours. It is a constant improvement philosophy where we update our quality assurance procedures regularly to bring them in compliance with current standards.
Ensuring Supplier Quality
We hold our suppliers to the same high standard. All of our suppliers are ISO 9001 certified, which means they have controls to mitigate potential risks. In addition to this, all the materials provided have to be fully documented and go through strict inspection and testing regimes before they are cleared for use.
